We tend to move pretty quickly on these and any delay in response can cause a delay in your order being made. If you select to receive a proof and we do not get a response back within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel your order and you will have to reorder. All designs are created by me and then professionally transferred onto our mugs in our home studio using a process called sublimation. All designs are baked into the mugs so they will never scratch off. These are not stickers. **CUSTOMIZATION** Please send the pictures you want in a message to us after checkout.
