For each girl, include the following in the personalization box:

1. Name -Hair Code -Shirt Color -Skin Color (pale/tan/brown) -Drink

**VERY IMPORTANT**

If you choose to receive a proof, PLEASE check your messages regularly until we have finalized your design. We tend to move pretty quickly on these and any delay in response can cause a delay in your order being made. If you select to receive a proof and we do not get a response back within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel your order and you will have to reorder. It is extremely important that you check your messages until we have agreed on a design.

**ABOUT**

We use high quality mugs. All designs are created by me and then professionally transferred onto our mugs in our home studio using a process called sublimation. All designs are baked into the mugs so they will never scratch off. These are not stickers.

**CUSTOMIZATION**

All of our mugs are fully customizable. All text, colors, etc. can be changed to suit your needs. Please include all customization requests in the "notes to seller" section at checkout.
